Executive Lens Collective
Activating Under-Represented Leaders’ Executive Potential with Inclusive Development Cohorts
Under-represented leaders face extraordinary challenges as they rise into the executive suite. Systemic barriers combine with unconscious bias and the normal competitive dynamics all leaders face. The business community is making strides towards inclusivity, and even as barriers come down, the upcoming diverse group of top level talent must also be built up with mentoring and development, equipping them to lead inclusive and successful organizations. The future demands that all talents rise to the challenges of disrupted markets and evolving norms.
What sets us apart?
The Executive Lens Collective (ELC) has a new take on how to create interpersonal equity and inclusion between diverse leaders. We create “non-majority” career accelerator initiatives to help rising leaders achieve their highest potential. We structure each leadership program so that each cohort includes participants from diverse backgrounds and where no single identity group is in the majority.
ELC is not a one-time leadership course. We provide an experiential, multi-dimensional change immersion program blending self-reflection with actionable, learning and idea exchanges with mentors and peers. Our signature tools for addressing unconscious bias underpin all our programming.
It’s not enough to dismantle systemic barriers without building up the people you expect to step over them.
Association C-Suite Cohort
A unique 8-month, executive leadership immersion program that empowers (non-CEO) senior association leaders to expand their “leadership lens” by more intentionally including a diversity of stakeholder perspectives when making leadership decisions.
